Representatives for the N.E.C.C. had quite a fine chowder this past weekend at Young’s Lobster Pound in East Belfast, Maine – whole steamers, chunks of potatoes, and a delicate cream based broth heavy on celery salt served with a side of three pickle slices. We’d show you pictures, but we ate it too fast.
