From The Kitchen Of: Barbara Lynch

Many thanks to the Barbara Lynch Gruppo in helping us kick off our new feature “From The Kitchen Of:”. It is a truly wonderful feeling to have cutting edge chefs be so willing to contribute their chowder recipes to our project.

Boston native Barbara Lynch is a James Beard Award-winner. Her restaurants have been celebrated by Gourmet, Saveur, Bon Appetit, The New York Times and many others. Prune stuffed gnocchi are on on the menu at No. 9 Park while B&G Oysters on Tremont is always doing great things with local seafood; important stuff to us here at the Compendium.
